Who is responsible

Until is provided by the independent developer operating at until.thespider.dev. For support or privacy requests, contact om.spider.dev@gmail.com.

Countdown data stays on your device

Until stores countdown titles, dates, notes, lists, reminder preferences and appearance settings locally. You do not need an Until account. The app does not send your countdown database to a developer operated server and does not currently include automatic cloud sync.

Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your settings. Those backups are controlled by you and your backup provider.

Optional access to personal apps

If you choose an import feature, Until requests access to the relevant Calendar, Contacts or Reminders data. The app reads entries to let you select what to import. Selected entries become countdowns stored locally. The app does not upload your address book or calendar to a developer operated service. You can revoke permissions in your device settings.

Notifications and widgets

Until schedules reminders on your device using countdown information and the notification settings you choose. Notification previews and widgets may display titles and dates to anyone who can see your screen. You control permissions and preview visibility in your device settings.

Exports and sharing

Exported backup files include your countdown data. Shared countdown images include the details shown in the sharing preview. Information leaves the app when you choose to save or share it through another service. The recipient or destination service then handles it under its own policies.

Purchases, when available

Builds that offer optional purchases use the platform store and RevenueCat to validate transactions, restore purchases and determine access to purchased features. These services can process purchase receipts or tokens, an app user identifier, transaction history, entitlement status and device information. Until does not receive your full payment card details.

Purchase services are activated only in builds configured to offer them. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy policy for their handling of this information.

Analytics, advertising and this website

Until does not include advertising or a dedicated behavioural analytics SDK. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Its countdown preview runs in your browser and does not submit your selections to us.

Hosting and delivery providers process ordinary requests, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested URL and access time, to serve and secure the site. We do not use these requests to build advertising profiles.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to reply, troubleshoot and handle your request. Avoid sending sensitive countdown details or passwords. Support correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and related follow up; you can ask us to delete it, subject to any required retention.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit or delete individual countdowns, revoke optional permissions, and use Delete All Data in Settings to remove Until’s local countdowns and preferences. Exports, shared images, operating system backups and records held by purchase providers must be managed separately. We cannot remotely retrieve or delete a local database from your device.

For information access, correction or deletion requests concerning support correspondence, email om.spider.dev@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law.

Children and sensitive information

Until does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or profile. Please do not send children’s personal information or sensitive event details in support requests. If you believe such information was sent to us, contact us so we can address it.
