Using Until

Until is a personal countdown and event organisation tool provided by the developer operating at until.thespider.dev. Use it lawfully and only with information you have permission to use. These terms apply to the app and website, alongside the terms of your platform store. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

Your content and backups

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Until. The app stores countdown data on your device. You are responsible for the content you create, permissions for imported information, and keeping backups you need. Export your countdowns before deleting app data, uninstalling, or moving devices. Automatic cloud sync is not currently included.

Reminders and timing

Countdown values and reminders depend on device time, time zones, permissions and operating system behaviour. Notifications can be delayed, suppressed or unavailable. Until is not intended for emergency, medical, safety or other critical timing needs.

Optional purchases

Where a build offers purchases, the price, purchase type and any subscription period are shown by the store before confirmation. Payment, cancellation, renewal and refunds are handled under the applicable store terms. Use Restore Purchases for eligible previously purchased features. No purchase is required to browse this website.

The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These website terms do not replace it or limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Availability and updates

Features may change as Until develops. Some depend on your device, platform, region or operating system. We may update or discontinue parts of the app or site. Any applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

App and website materials

The Until name, original artwork, icon and app or website design belong to their respective owners. Third party libraries remain subject to their own licences. These terms do not grant rights to redistribute the app or copy its branding.
